Is it okay to use deodorant spray and antiperspirant roll on.?

I have bad body odour and I normally only use a bit of Lynx Deodorant Spray, I only use a bit as it annoys people in the house if I spray too much, but I was wondering is it okay to use antiperspirant rollon as well, or should it be only one or the other?

Well, you could use both, but most people use a combined deodorant %26amp; anti-perspirant roll-on or spray.
Reply:get a box of baking soda arm and hammer and take a bubble bath with it then get some arm and hammer deoderant


take a bath twice a day for a month use ivory soap .sprinkle baby powder all over wear clean clothes every day

Use an anti-perspirant/deodorant. Not all products contain both. You have to stop the sweat so that you don't smell.





Deodorant spray is just a cover up and won't keep you dry.

Reply:Had the same problem, try soaking your feet in Johnson’s foot soak three times a week %26amp; scrub bottom of feet with foot stone, spray inside shoes with disinfectant, wear white cotton socks and trim the hair in armpits to about 1/2 inch and only use roll on deodorant.


Why soaking you feet will help. Take a piece of onion and rub the bottom of your feet with it and you will soon taste the onion in your mouth. Foot odor can cause body odor and bad breath so the cleaner your feet are the better off you are. Good luck…
Reply:if you have a problem with body odor in the armpits it is most likely caused by bacteria. some people have bad smelling odor but usually its bacteria causing the odor. try washing your armpits with alcohol. if the odor goes away its due to bacteria and not your sweat. in that case the alcohol will work. if you still have a fould odor then use an antiperspirant with a mild fragrance. notice the difference between antiperspirant and deodorant. antiperspirant stop the sweat, and deodorant hides the smell.

Find a deodorant/antiperspirant with high contents of the active ingredient. I believe Old Spice Red Zone has 19% while others use 17.8.
