What's a good deodorant for women?

I'm looking for a good deodorant...I've tried so many different brands that all promise "no white marks" or "lasts all day" or whatever but none seem to live up to their promises. Anyone have any good suggestions?

well ill start off by saying dove is horrible! Secret is pretty good as long as you dont get the gel ones that squeeze out through the little holes. I use Secret platinum: vanilla thai and sometimes Secret platinum: asian pear. it really does last all day. i found out tho there is no way you can have a deodorant that lasts all day and doesnt leave white marks. you have to puton your clothes without them touching your underarms but its worth it in the end when you dont smell at the end of the day. hope i helped :-)

Reply:I always come back to Lady Speed Stick. It doesn't leave marks (unless I put on way too much or something), and lasts a really long time (with other stuff I have to reapply, with this I usually don't). Plus I love the scents that it comes in.

Reply:I love this stuff called GSE. It is a little different but it is totally nontoxic and much, much better for you than any deodorant you might find on the shelf. You can find it at a health food store. GSE stands for "grapefruit seed extract." It kills hundreds of bacteria and virus, which it is the bacteria that grows in your armpit that makes one smell. It lasts all day for me and it does not smell like anything, and I live in AZ where it gets really, really hot. I use perfume to make myself smell pretty if I want because I can be confident that I don't smell like BO, I don't smell like anything. It comes in a pill and a liquid, use the liquid. I use several drops and it sort of "soaps up" and I smear it on my arm pit. I do shave, and I don't know how well it work had I a bunch of hair there. Rarely is someone allergic to it, but you may be a little cautious. GSE also purifies water and has many other uses. Check it out on google and remember it is from grapefruit seed, not grape seed. Good luck, I think it is great deodorant! Oh, and it leaves no residue, none what so ever.

And try get one that wont irritate your skin
Reply:Well, since I don't have a good one just yet, I can suggest Seventeen.com and you go to the hair+makeup+skin section. They have tons of girls that give their opinions. At least half of them are Red Spice, so it must work real well. Good luck!

Reply:You can try a natural one, It works good and it is safe to use.
Reply:Pammy, if you’re getting white marks, then you’re putting your shirt on wrong. Try rolling the shirt up so that the inside of the shirttail is sticking out. Roll it up until you reach the armpits of the shirt. Then put it over your head and roll the shirt down. You’ll never have another white mark. I’ve been doing that trick ever since my first days in the USMC 24 years ago and I’ve never had a problem with white stains.

Reply:I use Ban. It smells good and lasts forever. Plus it's not a nasty gel. You'll still get white marks putting on your deodorant if you're not careful, but it won't rub off later.
