What is better, using a deodorant stick or a deodorant body spray?

i'm asking this because sometimes the deodorant stick sometimes irritates my underarms and get red n itchy after a while of using it.

What is better, using a deodorant stick or a deodorant body spray?
Definitely switch brands. Try Old Spice High Endurance stick-Fresh Scent or Pure Sport. I had the same problem with any form of right guard product. I use deodorant, because when I was younger I was informed of the fact that your body sweats for a reason, if you use anti-persperant, you stop the sweat because it clogs your pores. That is not healthy to do. Since I switched, I have not had any problems. And if you can't get to a shower, High Endurance will last 24 hours, instead of the 9-12 hours that most do.
Reply:why don't you switch off from day to day? That night help. or try and use a deodorant that has more natural ingredients like from Trader Joes or whole foods market and then use your spry along with that
Reply:Sticks last longer than sprays. I use Right Guard gel, and it doesn't irritate me.

I used to have the same problem as you did before I switched.
Reply:I like anti-perspirants best. A roll-on is good. You might want to switch brands you are using if you get a rash.
Reply:I think a stick,but use what's best 4 u
Reply:Stick works better. If it is making you itchy switch to a brand with no perfume.

Sprays don't work all that great and contribute to indoor air pollution.
Reply:Deodarant - sprays are better because you can use them on both clothes and body

Anti-perspirant - sticks are better because anti-perspirant sprays can leave marks on your clothes (they do wash off tho)

Both effective against odour (sticks last longer) but to reduce sweating definitely sticks are better
Reply:I think the deodrant stick works better. Maybe try a different scent or brand.
