Is it ok if i use a deodorant with aluminum?

i only used this deodorant only once and since then i never used it. The brand i used is sure and it's both a deodorant and antiperspirant. I get soo worried because i heard that aluminum can cause breast cancer and alzeimer's disease.

There is no conclusive evidence that deodorant with aluminum causes breast cancer or alzehemiers. It's a myth spread around by Internet rumors.

Study disproves e-mail hoax linking antiperspirants, cancer

If you want to be on the safe side though just use something else.

The Alzheimer connection is also a persistent myth with no proof. You can read more on the official Alzheimer Association website:

Reply:I think the amount is so small it really doesn't matter. I know I can't use anything with aluminum in it while I'm undergoing radiation for breast cancer. That has to do with the treatment. But as soon as the treatments are done, I'm going back to my Secret!
Reply:I don't use any deoderant that is anti perspirant, for one reason is that it prevents you from sweating. The pores of your skin are make to sweat, that is what keeps the body cool in warm weather. I wouldnt worry because you used it 1x that it will cause anything "bad" to happen. As to the Altzemiers and aluminum, I believe they've found a link between the two, and that's why I don't drink beer from a can.
