How do I remove deodorant stains from my black sweater?

I have a black, 70% silk, 30% cotton, knit sweater that has accumulated deodorant on the inside underarms. So far I have only tried the dry cleaner, and washing it in cold water on the hand-wash cycle with a "delicates" detergent, and a small amount of liquid fabric softener. Please tell me what is best to try next.

Try using the delicates detergent again, but use an old toothbrush (soft) to gently scrub it.
Reply:You can get Zero for dark clothes and use in the gentle cycle on your maching...
Reply:Rolled up panthyhose.
Reply:Try som ERA. That gets ANY stain out.
Reply:A hairdryer on the spot. The heat melts the deoderant away.
Reply:repeat with delicate detergent. apply directly onto stain and hand rub, hand rinse.

Normally, I would have stated full strength liquid laundry detergent %26amp; scrub/brush it prior to wash. But silk may lose some of its color doing that.
